Google analytics helps you to analysis your blog data. Installing analytics on blogger is very simple steps. You just need to follow the instructions below. First you should have a google account. If not create a new google account.

 

Go to the Website link. If you not a analytics user yet, you need to click creating a new account.

Now you will submit your Gmail Email and password and in the analytics page you are going to create an analytics account like the image above.

Fill up the required form inputting Your Name, Your website address, your website title, time zone etc. Here is an importance things you should check out the Industry Category. Select what kind of information do your website contains.

Scroll down and click on Get tracking code.  In the next page the code is waiting for you. Your Tracking code ID format should be like UA-XXXXXXXX-1. In this page you have two major objectives. The one is Tracking ID and another is Tracking Script. 

Look at the status saying tracking no installed. Now Copy the tracking ID


 Now Go to blogger dashboard and access into your website. Click on setting and then Other from the bottom. You will find Google Analytics Web Property ID. Paste the tracking ID you have copied in the previous page. You are nearly done. Save the agreement.


You have one more target remaining in the template option. Before editing your template I recommend you to create a back up so that you can restore it when in emergency. Select template option and from the top right above click backup/restore. A pop up window opens after a few seconds. Download full template to create a backup.


The main object is to start now. Go back to the template option and select Edit HTML. A long history of code opens. But you need not to be worry about it.













Now scroll down and find the body closing tag at the last of these codes. The closing tag will be </body> .

 

 Now go to the analytics tracking page and copy the tracking script. You will have to input the script into the template codes before ending the body tag. </body>

 



 Now you are done and need to save template. Click on save button like screenshot.

Back to the analytics page and you see magic. Automatically the analytics status will be changed. You will see the status bar receiving data. If not refresh the page.

First click on Admin and then click on tracking code to see the status.

 Now Google analytics is receiving your website data. You have to wait at least 24 hours to enjoy the amazing feathers.
